telecentre

Hi, to all the wanna be's out there........
My name is KIPS...abbreviated for K.I.P.Silva,you can call me isura.
These days i'm involved in a project in Sri Lanka to improve the standards of telecentres.
Lot of people do not understand what is a telecentre. Right now I also in the same category finding out all the definitions and standards out there to build a model for Sri Lanka.More about the works later in my blogs. But right now I would like to know some feed back from U guys if you happen to be a telecentre enthusiast.
